Expectations for this boot were not as high as Italian made DJP products, however quality(assembly, finish, and materials) is clearly sub standard for the price point not to mention what it costs at full retail. I returned my new pair and picked up a used pair for $50, which is the most I'd pay for these boots. The style is spot on for my tastes which is why I chose to keep the used pair, and they are reasonably comfortable. The Cole Haan shoes are just as good looking, vastly superior in quality, and yes expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Found this "deal" but it was not available once I ordered it; i really don't think it was available at the price (low) that was advertised. So, you cancelled this order and didn't offer any other product to take its place, even though you still had Donald Pliner shoes -- in this style (maybe not the same color) to choose from.
They fit well and I am well satified .I hope for more bargains and will recomend this to my friends.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. These shoes are VERY comfortable. Leather is not the best but did break in nicely. I wear these every single day to work. I normally wear 8.5-9 in sneakers however these are an 8 and fit perfectly.
Not the same quality as Italian made Pliner shoes. Color a little unusual .Leather has a 'cheap'feel.Very very disapppinted as I have owned Pliner shoes for 10 shoes and these are not the quality of previous purchases
Very disappointed, this is not brown! It has a brown/green tint, and it's not a pleasant color. Already donated to Goodwill.
