I purchase these to wear to a winter funeral since I did not know if there would be a graveside interment and wanted to keep my feet warm and dry and not try and break an ankle wearing the high heel boots I already owned. They are quite comfy and look very nice. I got the "wide" as I have rather chunky calves. I won't say that they are really what I would consider to be wide but they did zip over the calves just fine. I have had several people compliment me on them in just the couple of times I have worn them so far. Very happy with the outcome of this purchase. Lets see how they hold up long term since they were so inexpensive.
I specifically ordered this pair of boots because it came up under a search for "narrow calf" and other reviewers had mentioned this. When I got them and opened the box it was very clear that the calf was wide, not narrow as I needed. That being said, these are gorgeous boots and the return process was very easy. If you have wide calves, these should work perfectly for you.

The way the ad for these boots is written it reads as "Kelsa plus a harness" when in fact nowhere is it written as a wide calf. If all they have are wide calf boots then it needs to say so. I'm stuck with these boots now that I can't wear as they look insanely stupid (and blatantly too wide) on my normal sized calves. It's evident they're dumping these off on unsuspecting customers. Bad seller for sure. If I had received the boot I expected then I would have given a raving.
I have small-medium, narrow feet and thick calves -often a nightmare when boot shopping. I really thought I would have to return these boots, but was/am surprised by the good fit. The tooled leather is elegant -not over the top. I wish they were 1/2 to 1 inch taller but they're still nice to have as a new go-to in my closet.
I usually have trouble with my calves fitting into boots and some socks because I'm tall and athletic. These are very beautiful boots with great cushion in the foot bed. The calves are just much wider than I expected. I was hoping for a more fitted look, but they really are gorgeous. Great for girls with narrow feet but very wide calves.
These boots are adorable and are comfortable enough to wear all day! I have a hard time finding boots that are comfortable to move around in all day and these deff do the trick!
Practically right out of the box I wore this pair in the rain and the mud while I was camping for a weekend and they held up pretty well, and still do! Not 100% water proof but only a little bit of mositure came in. Good for big calves, mine measure at 16.5 inches around and they fit!! I wear a 7 Wide but 7.5 fit just fine. They're snug at first but they'll stretch as you walk around a bit. My only complaint that prevented a 5 star was that the zipper is difficult to pull up around the ankle area but after that section it zips right up!
