Needed a comfortable, casual sandal with arch support, easy on and off, and simple, attractive styling. The quality is immediately obvious, right out of the box. I find the upper material buttery and keeps the foot stable. I wondered if the soles would be too hard, making them slippery on smooth surfaces, but so far, have found the them to have sufficient grip. I have yet to put them through more testing. I purchased them for a trip to Europe and hope they are good on cobble stones, inclines, stairs and a lot of walking. I like the Velcro closure. This shoe is not for wide feet. I am pleased with this purchase.

I ordered these on Amazon's try before you buy thinking I would only keep them if they were perfect because of the price. Love the look when I opened the box, but then I picked one up and thought it was so very heavy, I would have to send these back. Tried the first one on, and immediately loved the look. Put on the second one and started walking. I did not notice how heavy they were while walking in the house. The leather is the softest I have ever felt, so it did not bother my toes across the front strap as most sandals do. I purchased the color "trooper", and it is a gorgeous dusty blue/grey. These sandals are perfect for capris, jeans, skirts and summer dresses. I know I will get years of wear out of them, so I can justify the price.
If you have a long skinny foot than this is your shoe. First let me say it is the perfect sandal at first glance. It is as pretty in person as it looks in pictures. The gold is really nice and can be worn with almost anything. It has a padded foot bed and a velro strap. Unfortuanetly the shoe does not come in half sizes and runs narrow. I am usually a 7 1/2 or 8. I wear a regular width. I ordered this shoe in both 7- 71/2 and 8 81/2. The 7 was the right length but i could not even close the velcro strap!!!! My foot is not skinny but not THAT fat! I tried the 8 and it was a good inch too long. Sadly I had to return both.
These are lovely sandals- they run very narrow. I have a bad bunion and it squeezes that part of my foot. Someone else mentioned that, but I was hopeful they would fit my quirky feet. If you have thin feet, these will be great.
I bought the shoe as my main walking shoe while touring Italy. Love that it was stylish AND provided excellent foot support.
These shoes are so comfortable. I’m delighted and can walk in them for hours. They are also really cute shoes! A great combination - fashionable and comfortable!
