It looks just like the picture, soft material, comfy, baby blue is a light, beautiful pastel color. Had a few, small glue and dirt stain on it but they are not very visible. It smells a bit, but hopefully that will disappear.Fits true to size, I got lucky this time. I hesitated for so long to order this because I was not sure about the size. I would have given 5 stars if they had that size chart with actual insole measurements and there was no stain on it.For reference: My feet is a bit narrow (girth 22 cm) and the fit was ok with a thick socks so I would not recommend this for wide feet but it is a true medium width. My feet length is 8.5, 25.5 cm, I usually wear size 9, 26 cm insole in boots . I ordered a 9 and it fits but only with thick socks and I still have a bit of an extra room. I prefer perfect fit with no extra room when it comes to shoes with heels but that is personal. I do not like when my feet slides to the front and there is a gap at my ankle even if it is a small one. An 8.5 would have been better but they have no half size and I am not sure if 8 would fit.Boot opening is 34 cm, heel 9 cmOverall this is a good boot

I wanted this shoe so bad. I ordered according to my size and the shoe was to small. I returned it and reordered and it was still like a size 8 I wear a size 10. I was highly disappointed. The color and style was beautiful but the size sucked.
