Great comfort, fit, and support !!!
Very comfortable, probably more so for someone without a narrow foot.
These are much too narrow for my wide foot. I used to be able to wear HOKAS without a problem. Whether the styles have changed or it's just the hiking boots, I had to return these. Also felt like they had no arch support. I'll stick with ALTRA instead.
I have 2 pairs of the older version Speedgoat Mid GTX, which are absolutely stellar! So, thought I'd try this boot, expensive as heck, but, they're Hokas, which aren't cheap. Ok, gave them a walk with midweight wool hiking sox. Within 20 minutes, my left big toe was in pain, it was jammed up against end of boot. Check right big toe and it was about 1/4" further back, cramped a bit but not hurting (yet). I am a Kiwi, so will always try Kiwi gear b4 other brands. That said, these boots do not look as well made as my Speedgoats At All. Sometimes when companies want to change things up, it screws things up that were Good and Solid to begin with..sad to say, but wake up, Hoka One One, Get Back to what you were Brilliant at!Arohanui, Stell
This is my second pair of the Hoka hiking shoe. The first pair I bought and used every day, in the rain, snow and hot summer for a 2-4 mile hike with my dog. The padding finally started to compress after 8 months! They took a licking and kept on ticking! I just got my second pair and they are more waterproof than my old pair (in which my feet never got wet or cold), I put them on and off we went. I did not have to break them in and they are lightweight, supportive and cute. Love Hoka shoes, well worth the money.
Is like walking on a cloud.
I do love the comfort of this shoe , but like everything else it's made in China. Disappointing but can't beat the shoe!
I love Hooka sneakers, but these hiking boots are extremely narrow and they pinch my ankles. There is NO breathing room in them whatsoever,
