Sneakers are extremely comfortable out the box. 8.5 fits perfectly. It's like floating air. Jambu never disappoints.
I can walk all day at work in these shoes, and they look stylish. I have narrow ankles, so the strap is less snug than I like, but it can be adjusted a little, and I don’t have a problem with any slipping or rubbing.
I wear a 9.5 in most shoes but ordered by the size chart and bought a 9. The length is perfect. I was impressed with the packaging. Each shoe has an insert to help it hold it's shape and each one was in it's own baggie to prevent rubbing together. They aren't the most comfortable but that is mostly my foot issues. I have a wide front of my foot but a very narrow heel. Normally I get blisters at the back of my ankle but they thought ahead and padded that area with memory foam too! There is extra padding in the arch area. I'm not sure how well that works due to my high arches. They don't even touch it. They are fine around the toe area but tight in the area where you slide your toes in. I'm hoping it will stretch. Again, most likely my feet.
I love the style of all Jambu shoes including this one, however they never run true to size for me. In the past I have had to go a half a size up with these shoes however, for this particular shoe I really needed a whole size difference. I wear a 9 , ordered 91/2, but probably should have ordered a 10. It's a little short and wide. I've found that the other shoes are a little wide as well, but I have a narrow foot too so that could just be a problem for me.
Love love love these shoes. Brought these shoes to wear with my Sunday dresses. They are so cute on.And more comfortable than a pair of tennis shoes. My favorite pair of dress shoes ever !!
I received this today, excited to have them. Pros: light weight , good construction, soft, well made, feels hugging my feet just fine. Cons: only one disaster- the front opening is too wide for my feet, toes were sliding down reaching the very edge. It becomes very uncomfortable to wear. The velcro is a pretty good looking addition to its style.Maybe if I have wide meaty feet, it will be a better fit. This is my 4th Jambu shoes/sandals. "Sugar" is my favorite although it was kind on the heavy side in terms of weight.
Run large.i usually wear size 40 in Dansko sandals 9 1/2 -10..I bought these in size 10 way too big..returned them for a 91/2 .fit good..I really like the way they look..feel good so far.I will update on comfort in a day or two..comfy for a night out..but couldnt wear them all day like I do my danskos..
