This is my second pair of JBU boots, they are dressy and casual and comfort for all day wear as I am in an office and do a lot of walking throughout the day, do not care to change from boots to shoes in the winter so a nice dressy comfy boot is a must for me.

I bought these for a European vacation where I knew it could rain anytime. I hate wet socks! So I bought these because some restaurants I had to dress nice, and other days I hiked in Spain. I usually don’t write reviews, but I loved these so much I just needed to let people know: these are comfortable, had room for my arch supports, looked great, and I never felt a drop of water!
For a non-leather boot, these boots are awesome! I added my own orthotics & omg, so comfortable! The faux leather is really done well & it blends in so great with the faux suede along the back of the boot. Very stylish and perfect for shopping, dinner out, or light hiking on the trails. A double win for me, as I bought both the black and the brown boots. Now I’ve got so many options. Love these!
The inside is really soft and nice. I don't even have to wear sock!The main reason, I choose this pair is due to their claim on being "waterproof", so I am expecting that this pair of boot will serve me well. Its look like it made more for snowy weather, but I'm hoping it work just as good in rainy weather. The sole is not as deep as I thought, but I haven't gotten to wear them during the rainy season yet, so I will give an update on this review once I know. In the meantime, I found that this is quite a comfort pair of boot and wish to share it.
I usually wear a woman's 7.5 to 8 with slightly wide feet and these fit perfectly. The only reason didn't rate higher was because made my feet and back hurt after 1 hour of walking in. They didn't feel uncomfortable when put on but I guess don't have any shock absorption or balance your body needs.
I've had these for just 4 months now, and they've slowly fallen apart. First, the insole basically disintegrated. Not a huge deal... I bought new insoles at the drugstore. But I also noticed that the arches started to sort of sink. There wasn't a lot of arch support to begin with (which I was fine with) but my feet were actually tipping inward when I wore them. Then today the zipper on the left shoe broke completely, so now they're useless. I see that they're now almost 1/2 off but I wouldn't even consider replacing them. Super disappointed because I really loved them at first!Every winter my friends and family tease me because I don’t own winter shoes. All my shoes are ballet flats and my lone pair of sneakers aren’t meant for any type of inclement weather. So this year I decided to try some booties and I have to say, I’m a convert! These are so comfortable! They’re warm, but not so much that I’m sweating if I wear them all day. I may buy a second pair just in case they stop making them by the time I finally wear them out!
