Great boot. This is second pair. Can dress it up or down. Perfect for rain, snow, or sunshine. Easy to clean…just rinse them off. Get lots of compliments, even though it is an all weather boot. Very classic design. Very comfortable. Great for walking or standing if you are on your feet a lot.
I love Jeffrey Campbell shoes and boots, these are sturdy and fashionable. My friends all wanted to buy these after they saw me wearing them, but they were sold out at the time. I will wear these as regular boots, they’re so good looking.I bought my regular size, had to send back, sized up and they’re fine, although narrow.
I am a true 10 always. Looking at the other reviews, I knew to order a size up so I ordered an 11. Could have even done a 11.5 with thick socks. Also, I have a narrow foot. That being said these shoes fit me perfectly width. Therefore the shoe runs small both length and width. Order a size up and if you have narrow feet like me you'll love this shoe. SO cute and actually quite comfortable. This shoe will not fit wide feet.
These boots are fabulous. I purchased a size 8 which is my normal shoe size but it was too small so I sized up for a 9 and they fit perfectly. They are SO easy to clean which was the main thing I was hoping for. I just use a wet paper towel or a Clorox and the dirt comes right off. They look great with every outfit and never hurt my feet. They are warm in the winter with socks that go past the ankle.
At first, I loved these boots. They are so versatile, comfy, and look good with any outfit. But, I only had them a couple weeks and wore them less than 10 times and the sole cracked and separated in the same place on both boots. I do NOT recommend these, especially because the seller and Jeffrey Campbell customer service were both unwilling to help make it right. I just missed the 30 day return window, so the seller directed me to Jeffrey Campbell and said they would "return or exchange the product". When I reached out to the manufacturer, they said they were unable to help out with any order that wasn't purchased through their website. When I tried to get a hold of the seller and tell them this info, they will not respond to my messages anymore and just keep telling me they already responded to me initially and "resolved the issue". I have reached out to Amazon, and hopefully they will do something about it but DO NOT buy these shoes. For $60, they should hold up WAY better than this, and for that much money invested in a pair of shoes I can never wear again, the companies involved should have better customer service than this. Don't be like me and ignore the reviews. They are cute, but not worth $60 to only wear a couple times.
This product ran so small I had to return, even though I had bought a half size larger than I am. I am a solid 8.5 for most women's shoes, and I ordered a 9 since I wanted to be able to wear thick socks in them. When they came, they fit like a 7- I could barely fit my foot inside. The quality seemed to be nice, and the look was cute, but just totally wrong size so I returned them and did not buy another pair.
These are so cute. They are definitely water proof and non slip. I actually just bought my second pair. The sole did kinda start to peel off my first pair but I wore them almost everyday for months. I’m sure there are some better quality boots that would last longer but I will probably continue to buy these.
It was a gift & I was told size 7 but my daughter is usually wide in the foot & probably really a 6.5. They are a little roomy but I think she’s just going to make do & wear thick socks w/them
