This shoe is very lightweight and cushiony. I have had many different brands and styles of hiking boots, and these are some of the most comfy. Water resistance is very good.

Super comfy but too short. I wear a 9 in Saucony, 8 1/2 in Skechers, 9 in New balance, and an 8 in chaco sandals. I ordered a 9 in these boots. A smidgen too short. Would not be good on a downhill trail. They're not as wide as I'd expected but they seem to be okay with my bunions, it's close. Best cushion so far in my search for a hiking boot that includes oboz, Solomon, La sportiva, Merrill, and another model of Keen. I have a pair of hoka kaha on the way but I'm still holding out hope for something less expensive. I may try these in a half size bigger, although the half size bigger is almost $70 more on amazon :-(
Keen is synonymous with quality, and these boots are no exception. I finally started wearing them now that the weather is more cold and slippery, and they don't disappoint! No issues with rubbing, fit true to size, and the support is fantastic! I can't recommend these enough!!!
I purchased the Keen Zionic shoes for my wife with hopes of comfort and support during active walks and hikes, but she was deeply disappointed with their comfort. The main issue is the improper design of the sole. The foot rolls inward, not only worsening the gait but also leading to pain in the knees and ankles. Her feet have a neutral pronation, but the sole of these shoes is far from neutral. It's terrible!
Unfortunately these Keen hiking boots are uncomfortable and unwieldy. I should have paid more attention to the lacing system, as they're basically long sneaker laces in small holes. No speed lacing, no ability to make snug but flexible. The waterproof membrane exterior is inflexible and has creased after only a couple of occasions.The 2nd star is for the sole, which is admirably sticky and robust.These have become my yard boots, very expensive yard boots.
Love the colors.. Lightweight and comfy, but when I walk, the top of the shoe bends and presses onto my foot. The laces and eyelet holes feel like they'd rip easily. I need hiking shoes that have a sturdier sole that doesn't let me feel the rocks under my feet.
These Keen hiking shoes work great. They are comfortable and fit just right. They are sturdy and durable. My wife has had them for quite some time now and still they are holding up strong. Nothing bad to say about them.
