This is definitely THE platform wedge to get if you are at all concerned about toppling over (like I am). These are VERY stylish and modern AND very stable. I LOVE how the band runs around the back of the shoe! I really wanted the orange color, but I already have 2 pairs of orange shoes, and I probably don't need 3. So I bought the beige color. I LOVE them! They will be very versatile this spring and summer. Beige/nude is a very stylish shoe color this coming season. The straps are elastic-y so this shoe should fit a variety of feet widths. I wore them around the house for 4 hours and was VERY comfortable. They are not too high, either. I ordered my size, and they fit fine, but I think they are a bit long. So, you might order a 1/2 size smaller. Great shoe! I'm thinking of getting another color.Update (3/13): I wore these in the beige/tan color all last spring and summer. Now I ordered another pair...the orange with cheetah/leopard print on the wedge. SO cute! LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes. Comfortable, stylish and high, without being high! Also, I saw that someone wrote a review that the straps were too tight. I'm not sure how that is possible since they are elastic.UPDATE (8/14): Several months ago I purchased a pair in black. Love them too. But, the elastic on my beige/tan pair somehow got really stretched out over the winter and I couldn't wear them anymore. Sad face. I hope, since i purchased the tan pair the first year this style was out, that Lucky brand has upgraded the quality of the elastic they use so that this doesn't happen to my orange and black pairs. So, next summer, I'll purchase these in tan/nude again.
I read many of the reviews before I ordered this sandal. Several said that it ran large and to order a smaller size. I wear a size 8 & ordered a 7-1/2 & they fit perfect. I have the peach/silver color and it is a very pretty shoe. Looks much better in person than in the picture. I would like for the straps to not have any give whatsoever - but these do give (stretch) a tad when you walk. Not so much for them to be uncomfortable though. And I don't feel like I am going to walk out of them - they are snug enough to stay on your foot. Last year, I ordered this style sandal by another brand - Rampage. That sandal was very comfortable and easy to walk in. However, after only wearing them about 3 times they had stretched so much that it is difficult to walk in them because I feel like they are going to slip off my foot when I take a step. I have worn the Lucky sandal a few times now and the fit is still snug (which I like). I highly recommend this sandal - especially this color. It can be worn with somewhat dressy clothes as well as casual clothes.
These shoes are great. Both comfortable and stylish. But they do run large. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, but based on other reviews I ordered the 7.5. I found that they're still a little big, so returned for a size 7, which fit perfectly. I do want to add, though, that I went to a department store to try on and some of the other styles/colors of this shoe (the ones with the metal embellishments, mesh, or shiny detailing) run truer to size because they do not stretch as much as the plain beige, black, and navy pairs do. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who said these will stretch out over time. I've had other elastic-type shoes in the past that have stretched and I've ended up wishing I'd gotten 1/2 size smaller. Hope this helps.
Note: This review is for one of the sellers, rather than the shoe. The shoe itself I would give 3.5 stars (they're cute but cut my feet)...I placed an order for the pinkberry colored Miller2's on amazon to be fulfilled by shoes.com. The shoes that arrived were clearly labeled teaberry and were BRIGHT pink. The packing slip said I had ordered neon pink shoes (no!) and after double checking amazon to confirm that I had in fact ordered pinkberry I called shoes.com. They do not carry pinkberry (nor do they even have teaberry listed as an item even though these are the shoes they sent). Now I have to go out of my way to return a pair of shoes I didn't order :(I tried on the teaberry, though, and they are very comfortable. Much more comfortable than the peach/silver, which cut my feet. A note for people with high arches: order true to size as you won't be able to get your foot in a smaller size. Also, the high arch keeps the shoe from flapping around too much.
Live the sandles. Fit is great. Fabric is good quality.
