These shoes are a god send and i hope Lugz makes them forever. My teenage son is very particular about shoes. We dread shoe shopping for him because he can take weeks and thousands of shoes to find ones he is comfortable wearing. We are on our 3rd pair of these now for him as he basically will not wear any other shoe (even in the summer). Overall for the amount of use they get they have held up really well. The first pair lasted about a year before one of the zippers finally broke. The 2nd pair lasted 8 months. He is still wearing them but we had to replace the insoles about a month ago as they had worn a hole straight through. We decided to order new ones now before the snow hits as the soles are pretty worn and cracked in several spots and I am not confident they will still keep his feet dry in the snow. the only complaint really is the laces. for a taller boot the laces are pretty short. The first pair we had the ends were so short that they did not tie well and therefore were always untied and stepped on. the laces eventually had to be replaced. When we got the 2nd pair we just bought longer laces when we bought the shoes and used them from the beginning and had no issues.I had no experience with Lugz prior to his shoes but he loved his so much that when I nsaw a pair of women's boots that I liked I decided to give them a try too. I love mine as well although mine do not get as much wear.
They were a nice boot, fit okay, but not really what i was expecting them to be when i actually saw them in person. Still, ill give the product 4☆. Wound up giving them to my son.
The boots in the picture looks good. The boots once delivered are a cheesy leatherette material that would not last a month. So I sent back and got my refund. I don't recommend these. They look good, but will last.
The shoes fit perfectly. They have enough room for you to wear a thick pair of socks. The sole is thick and provides excellent cushioning. These are the perfect shoes for work or recreational activities.
Lasted 2 years!! Extremely comfortable and Durable!! Easy slip on using side Zipper. Just got my brand new ones and the pic shows a comparison New & how much wear and tear over a 2 year period. Affordable too!!
