The best boot ever, warm in very cold weather with one pair of sox, waterproofing is great have had no problems on last 3 pairs, may feel heavy at first until worn a few time's after that great fit!
Very Comfortable and keep your feet warm
The boots are fine. The box they were shipped in was ruined which precludes storing the boots in the box. Would not have happened if I bought them in a retail store. Disappointing.

I purchased these boots at a local retailer.I was initially impressed, but now after less than a year, I am disappointed both with the boot and the manufacturer.I bought the Muck Arctic Pro Steel Toe boots for work and spend a minimum of eight hours per day in them. They are my 3 season boot, in use during fall, winter, and early spring. I spend a lot of time working in cold water and mud.I bought these boots as a replacement for my Dunlop Thermo+ boots after experiencing the dreaded Dunlop migrating steel midsole.The Mucks have a much nicer fit than the Dunlops. They are snug through the ankle and calf and grip the heel nicely. The insole/footbed are easy on the feet during long days and overall they are much more comfortable than the Dunlops. The Mucks are also far less bulky and are easier to wear.The Mucks are not as warm as the Dunlops, likely bulk = warmth. I did not experience any real discomfort due to cold but the difference was noticeable.And now for the tale of woe..I have owned these boots for about ten months total. Out of that ten months I only wore them for about five. I used them for one winter and the early part of the following spring.I noticed a slight peeling of the sole at the toes of both boots after about a month. I took them back to the retailer and he repaired the toes at no charge.The next fall I took the boots out of the closet where they had spent the summer and wore them for a total of three days before the entire sole began peeling off of the right boot. I took them in to the retailer again. The owner was very surprised and told me that he had never seen a failure like that before. He took pictures and sent them to Muck in an attempt to warranty the boots for me. Despite being inside Mucks one year limit they refused to warranty the boots.The retailer was very apologetic and offered a 20% discount on a new pair. I was not able to justify the cost of even a discounted pair and opted to have them repaired again. For $35 the store glued the sole back on.One month later the repair is holding up just fine and the sole is firmly attached to the boot BUT the sole itself is now DE-LAMINATING!These boots have not been used or stored near any harsh chemicals or solvents. They are worn outdoors and see plenty of dirt, mud and water. The day before the sole began falling off I was wearing them in a fast flowing creek.I don't believe that the soles repeatedly peeling off constitutes normal wear and tear. Muck should have replaced these boots.
