Love the shoes. Comfortable to wear
There isn’t enough arch support in shoe. Very disappointed.
It's a beautiful looking shoe. It was a little narrow for me. I normally wear a 39-40. I tried the 40 & it was a little snug. I need a wide shoe so I'd say this shoe is a true medium width. I didn't like that the buckle was velcro. My last pair of naots lasted 20 years before the sole cracked. I don't think a shoe with velcro will last that long. If it had a real buckle I'd order the next size up.
Bought shoes for my wife. Her second pair of this model. She is looking forward to getting the next color. They fit great and very comfortable for walking.

Beautiful shoe but was very wide in the ankle area. Had to return.
I wear US 6.5 and ordered size 38. They fit perfectly. Super comfortable! I had bought the same pair from the Walking Company but there was a defect (hole in seam) and the store no longer had them in stock. Found the same pair at Zappo's for full retail price, $35 cheaper on Amazon. So glad I found a replacement pair. Great slip ons, like wearing slippers out of the house.
