Slender straps add spice while the towering heel and platform sculpt your leg line gorgeously. Va-va-voom! Nina Footwear is one of the few family-run fashion companies in the shoe business. In the early 1950s, Mike and Stanley Silverstein were strolling around New York when they saw a woman walk by in wood bottom sandals. They asked her about where she had bought them, and when she named a chic boutique in the city, the two brothers knew the time was right to launch their reinterpretation of the clog -- a sexy, platform slide with a wood stiletto-like heel. It was this simple slide that launched Nina Footwear. Today, Nina's sexy, well-priced shoes are widely featured in fashion magazines. A favorite of the "splurge vs. steal" columns, Nina is frequently shown as the only fashion item under $100 along side of shoes priced from $300-$700. See more

All's I can say is that they are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. I am so glad that I bought them
Even though it’s a low heel, they look sexy
They were beautiful shoes and they look really nice on me but they hurt so bad. It was not comfortable at all
When I first ordered my normal size, the shoe was a bit tight. I reordered in the 8.5 W and am very pleased with the way it fits. It is a bit loose in the heal but I plan to fix that with a heal insert.
I bought this shoe for a dress that I am wearing to my granddaughter's wedding. I usually wear a 9B; however, I have noticed that some 9B heels are a little too loose for me in the heel area. I used to be a narrow before I had bunion and hammer toe surgery, so finding a heel that fits is a tricky proposition. That's nothing against the shoe. It's just the problem that I am left with after foot surgery. I can't wear most heels for more than about two hours, so they are for church. Period. The color I ordered was champagne. It was a little dark, so I may order the same shoe in Platino and in a 9B. I may have to buy some orthopedic heel insert to make it work, but the 8.5B was just a little bit tight and short in length. My toes went too far down into the peep toe, so I obviously need the length of a Size 9. Again, the problem is my feet, not the NINA Contessa shoe. The shoe itself is exquisite and looks beautiful on my feet. I hope they will have a color that works with my dress, which is a "mauvey" blush. I wish I could go to a shoe store in my community that had all the colors and sizes I need, but, alas, online shopping has sent us into the dark ages once again. I don't live in a city. I live in a small community, so shopping online is the option I have at this point. I recommend this shoe if you need a beautiful heel for a special occasion. I feel that the sizing is pretty true to form; I just guessed wrong.
For me the shoe was too narrow and heel too high for dancing- I’m 83 and a little unsteady at times
To an after 5 event
Fit perfectly and easy to walk in.
