So far so good. This shoe is attractive, comfortable, and provides a nice arch support. I have a neuroma in my left foot and it has been difficult to find comfortable shoes of any kind! These are great quality, and they have a nice casual look without looking like an athletic shoe. I am very pleased with this shoe.
I love these sneakers! I have problems finding sneakers that are comfortable, providing good arch support and that don't suffocate my feet. These sneakers not only look great, but they have plenty of arch support so I don't have to buy inserts. The shoe is made from a mesh material that appears to be lightweight and breathable, but sturdy and likely long wearing. I have sensitive heels, and my favorite thing about the OLUKAI shoes I have, is that they are kind to sensitive heels. I wanted to try these in particular, because the heel can be folded down and you can slip your foot into them without the shoe touching your foot at all. That's a plus, but the heel part is soft and pliable, so if you prefer the security of having a back on your sneakers to keep your feet in your shoes (my usual preference), it won't rub a sore on your heel. All of this, taken together, make these sneakers my new favorites. I wear a size 8 1/2 and these fit perfectly. The quality and attention to detail, from the laces to the rubber soles, make them well worth the price. I do wish they came in some fun colors or even patterns, but maybe that's something to look forward to in the future.

True to size.I’m usually a size 7-7.5 in US sizing, but sized up to size 8 after watching the video, but I think I would probably be ok if I went with my original size. I wear them with socks so it wasn’t too much of a problem, and I was worried that my feet would swell after a long plane ride, so size 8 worked well with my feet.No breaking in needed.Absolutely didn’t need time to break in, though I did need one day of wearing to get used to the arches as I’ve never bought shoes with arch support. The back of the shoe is extremely soft and made it very easy to slip on and off for going through customs, on the plane, and at mosques, however whenever people stepped onto my shoe, my whole foot slipped out of the shoe which made it slightly annoying.Very comfortable.I bought these shoes for my Dubai and Brunei trip, which would involve a lot of walking. I was slightly worried as the soles didn’t feel as soft as I anticipated, but was super surprised that my feet didn’t ache at all during my 8-day trip, and now I don’t feel right when I’m wearing shoes without arch support although I don’t have flat feet or high arches.Looks good with anything.I have a lot of white shoes at home already, so I decided to go with Tapa, which looked good with all the outfits I wore on my trip, including dresses. Even my mum noticed my new pair of shoes and said they were very functional and didn’t look anything like the traditional walking shoes with arch support which are usually very bulky and not stylish. Extremely breathable, and although a lot of sand got in my shoes when I was at the Arabian Desert, it was very easy to shake the sand out of my shoes.Quick shipping.I live in Hong Kong, and I ordered my Olukais on 14th March and received them on 23rd March, just in time for my trip.
Very comfortable my favorite shoes brand but the white ones are not washable. I washed and the leather color spread unto the white shoe.
I took a chance on these after reading the reviews. I need a good pair of walking shoes for traveling. These have enough support that I don’t need my orthotics, and they look nicer than sneakers. I have wide feet, and these fit well, but won’t be too big if they stretch. I’ve only worn them twice, but it was all day. If I’m still this happy with them in 6 months, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.
What can I say, if you have ever owned a pair of Olukai shoes, you know about this brand. Olukai shoes are extremely comfortable, durable and great for almost any occasion. You get what you pay for on these shoes. Would highly recommend.
Very light shoe with very little support. Good concept but not a long haul (meaning) years of wear in this show construction. I’d say, use the term I’ve coined for my own closet that these are in my ‘disposable clothes/shoe’ category minus the price-tag.Expensive for what you get. Paying for the name. They look great and feel good but product life seems as if it will be short.I would buy again because they are versatile, travel well enough, and are lightweight enough for home use: born and raised and living in Kona. Not a good wet weather shoe.
