I had a lympadema problem and thought I wouldn't be able to wear these shoes. After purchasing both a black and cream colored pair, I didn't want to give up on them. I finally worked it out and they really are as comfortable and attractive as I thought.
My big toe is squished around the nail bed in the shoes. It's not terrible, but not the most comfortable shoes.
I normally wear a size 6.5 B. I ordered the size 6, it' ok but feels a tad loose. I opt to wear them with a foot sock the kind that only covers the toe and ball of the foot. With that on the shoes has an improved fit. Other than that, I like wearing it and it looks professional or casual depending on what you wear with it.
