I wore these for Halloween and they were Awesome! I danced all night and super comfy and cute!
I bought these boots to dance around my apartment. They are comfy right out of the box, but if I was going to wear them outside or for a long period of time I would get some cushioned insoles. The inside bottom of the feet is kind of hard even though the boots are absolutely beautiful.
I purchased these boots for a Vegas weekend but I'll be wearing them for going out at home as well! They were very comfortable and easy to walk in but absolutely STUNNING!!! The singer at the Magic Mike show complimented them as did some of the drag queens at the drag brunch I went to. I have a fairly wide foot with bunions and they fit perfectly around my foot and the shaft was a perfect fit for my medium size calves! I will most likely order them in silver as well.
So I got these boots about a year ago in the black sequin color and when they arrived they were fantastic and sparkly i was so excited! I wore them out a couple times and stored them neatly in my closet alongside my other fabulous collection on club wear. Well that's all these were good for... a few good uses and they were falling apart. The front upper part of the boot seam in the middle came completely apart and is still ripping. The sequins have fallen off over time to where you can see the black/grey liner underneath. These are just poorly made and totally ratchet! Don't waste your money. If I'm gonna spend $60-80 on a pair of boots they better not be made out of s***!!!
I purchased these boots for a friend's 50th birthday party at a 70's themed dance club and they were a hit! I had women stopping me to tell me how much they liked them. I think it helped that I made the rest of my outfit simple so as not to look like a lighthouse. I tend to wear between an 8 1/2 and 9, and I purchased these in a 9 and they fit perfectly. The toe of the boot is square, which some may find large, but it made dancing in them comfortable and I wore them for hours! The shaft of the boot fits nicely to the leg when zipped, and does not gap. The inside of the boot is lined with a synthetic lining which adds comfort to the boot. I read other reviews that said the sequins fell off. I can imagine if you're wearing them without care, that could happen, but I didn't have any problems on a crowded dance floor all night. Maybe spray the boot ahead of time with some type of silicone and they would adhere so as to avoid them being scraped off? I'm not sure what that would do to the finish, though, so ask a shoe person. I am definitely considering buying these in silver and black.
