I recently got my hands on the Reebok Men's Nano 6" Tactical Boot, and I've got to say, they've been a game-changer for me, especially in my line of work as a police officer.Being on your feet for long hours, especially during those extra duty details, can really take a toll. So, I was on the lookout for something that could offer the comfort of a tennis shoe but still give me the support and durability of a tactical boot. That's where these Reebok boots came in.First off, the comfort level is top-notch. From the moment I put them on, they felt great. No breaking-in period, no discomfort, just straight-up comfort right out of the box. It's like wearing a pair of comfy tennis shoes, but with the added bonus of the protection and support you need from a tactical boot. The build quality is solid too. They feel well-made and durable, which is essential when you're out in the field. You need something that can handle the rigors of the job, and these boots definitely seem up to the task.Overall, I'm really pleased with these Reebok Tactical Boots. They've not disappointed in terms of comfort, quality, and overall functionality. For any fellow officers or anyone else who spends a lot of time on their feet, I'd highly recommend giving these a try. They could be just what you're looking for.
very happy with this purchase, finding shoes that are actually light weight and comfortable for long hours at a time is not an easy task, I work 12hr shifts on perforated factory floors which will absolutely kill your feet when standing for hours at a time. These shoes fit the bill for comfort
These boots are excellent. They checked all my boxes. Super lightweight, breathable and zip up sides. They are the best fitting boot I've ever had right out of the box. I ordered the wide fit just because I've had Reeboks in the past and found they run a little narrow. As for longevity it remains to be seen. But I don't have one complaint at this point.
I am a big fan of the Nano 2 design shoe and was excited to see a hi-top version available. They are true to size with the lower being identical to my other, regular Nano 2 shoes. Despite the obvious, there are two distinct differences: 1) the memory foam insert. Really comfortable and warm. I can envision wearing them all day. 2) these feel more like a boot than a hi-top workout shoe. This is not a detractor but they are heavier than a standard set of Nanos and the extra ankle support may not be ideal for some workouts. I probably won't squat in them, but I can see a real advantage in Ruck-style workouts or anything where additional ankle stability is needed. I never liked the idea of side zip boots but do like the easy on and off of these. I still loosen/ tighten the laces when taking them off or on but even this is not a huge issue. If you like the classic Nano 2 and are looking for the same design and fit in a boot, this is a great option.
I love these boots. It's like wearing sneakers with the comfort and the hard hitting support and durability of a boot. I have a pair of Under Armor sneaker style boots, which are a good product but these are better. The only thing is you can't shine these. If your dept requires that or uses that as criteria for "boots" these aren't for you. I've had them 3 months so far, they seem to be wearing well. The cool thing about them is that they work in fast - 3 wears you're good! I wish they would of made boots like this 25 years ago 😩 lol.
Product was sent to me used, was advertised as new. Size way too wide. Not Happy.
If you re going to be on your feet for long periods of time, particularly on flat surfaces, these boots will treat you well. Great cushion, relatively breathable, and extremely lightweight. The zipper has NOT broke at all and the material is good quality. Highly recommend.
I was looking forward to these boots. When I put them on, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the laces…very thin…almost cut into my skin as I tried to snug them up. They wouldn’t stay in place, as they are too thin and cheap. Secondly, and more importantly, I noticed the right boot seemed more snug than the left. Sure enough, when I matched them up sole to sole, the right boot was/is clearly up to .25 inch shorter than the left boot, even though they are both marked 11.5W. So, instead of being able to wear these boots with a cushioned sock, as intended….if I keep them, I will have to wear them with a thinner sock. This will not make my toes happy in the long run. Not sure that I will keep these, even though I like the design.
