My dream sandals- so cute and chunky. The Velcro makes them easy to get in and off and they’re super comfortable to wear. True to size and they fit my flat wide feet well. A steal in comparison to docs.
I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and easy to walk in. I even wore them to Disneyland on two separate occasions! Some shoes built like these are too heavy and clunky. These do not feel that way. I have more slender feet so they are not tight on my feet. The Velcro closure makes putting them on a snap! I am very happy with these

This is my second pair of theses sandals - first ones I bought were in the oxblood color. I am a diehard Doc Martens fan, but the last pair of DM sandals I bought didn't hold up well, at all. And were painful to break in. These feel wonderful from day 1, look great, and wear like iron, too. A solid 5 stars!!!!
I got these to try instead of jumping right to buying the Doc sandals that cost twice as much. They both have sizing issues from all the reviews I read so I decided to experiment with some cheaper shoes first. I am normally a size 7 - 7 1/2, ~23.5 cm foot length. I originally ordered a size 7 hoping for the best with just going a half size down. They were gigantic …like about two inches of room from my toes to the tip of the shoe. I returned them and got a size 6 instead. The 6 are perfect length wise but the straps are pretty snug, but because the straps are leather I am confident that they will stretch out to fit perfectly. I walked around in them debating whether I should return them because the straps were too snug at first but now they are already starting to loosen up a bit. I love the chunky look, the really cushiony sole and foot bed and they dress up a pair of black leggings. After having these in a size that fit way better, I’m not even thinking about the Docs anymore.
Ordered these in a 9, since I have other Skechers sandals from 2021 in a size 9 and they fit fine. The sandals are so cute and feel like quality materials. Not super comfy or uncomfy, just sort of there. Then again, I didn't walk around in them outside my apartment so I can't comment too much on comfort. The issue I had is that the sizing is super bizarre.The length and width of the footbed itself are fine, but like others have said, the straps are placed in such a way that the baby toe has nothing holding it in. I really wanted to make it work, but the shoes just look so weird due to this, and due to the additional fact that my toes are not fully emerging out the front of the frontmost strap. You can see the ends of my two longest toes like normal, but then the next two toes disappear from sight under the strap, and then in the next rung up between straps, there's my pinky toe just fully out and ready to party. It makes me look like I have deformed feet or something, but my feet are pretty average. I ordered the next size down to see if this would help at all, but all I got was a shorter, tighter overall footbed and the straps somehow still placed in the exact same position. Super disappointing. Like someone else said, have they even seen a foot before?If that front strap was just slightly further up on the foot, the sandals would be perfect. I think you have to have really extra long toes for these sandals to look good. I'm sending both pairs back, sadly.
