Received the item right away, they were fine except they didn’t fit. Took them on Monday morning (2 days after receiving them) to UPS to return. I have not received a refund, and get absolutely zero feedback each time I try to contact the seller. I guess it’s safe to say that I literally just threw away $60 for nothing. I will never do business with this seller again. As for the shoes - they were tight around the middle and provided absolutely no support.

It is an attractive shoe and the 7.5, my usual size, was comfortable. I would not say it ran narrow as some have, but fit as expected. The reason for the two star rating is the shoe has a very flat insole and the outer sole is very flat as well. The shoe is boat shaped like a moccasin and the narrow thin sole does not protect the shoe from dirt and water if you wore it outside. I would say it wouldn't last very long outside, it's more of a bedroom slipper for around the house. I have a similar Naturalizer shoe I bought in 2016 where you can see the difference between a real shoe and this house shoe. The entire sole in the older shoe, the black one, has substantially more support. The price for this shoe is simply not worth it if it can't hold up to regular wear. It is disappointing, but the buyer must be more aware of the quality they are getting for their money these days.
