This is the second pair of Spenco Women’s Slide Sandals that I have purchased through Amazon. I wear a 10 - 11 wide, love the arch support, and appreciate the ability to adjust the Velcro straps for a comfortable fit. I was only looking for some “shower shoes” that I could step into with wet feet BUT then I found myself wearing these slide sandals around the house. Easy Comfort and a washable footbed for freshness supported with a Birkenstock ( my usual preference for arch support) like walk ability at less than half the price of the big “B”! I even forgot that I had them on and found myself driving to town and shopping in this attractive and comfortable Spenco! What can I say? They’re cute too. And as I mentioned, this is my second pair. I recommend Spenco for comfort, price, and wearability.
This is my second pair of Spenco slides. First pair is still good but wanted a newer looking pair for vacation.They are very comfortable.
I bought these in 2020 and still wear them daily for 6 to 8 months every year. The Velcro adjustable tops are useful to adjust if wearing socks or not. The foot bed has softened and the comfort level gets better with age but doesn’t break down either. This is my favorite footwear.
These are great for wearing around the house to help with my plantar fasciitis. I was looking for something that wasn't a thong so that I could wear socks in the winter time and these were perfect. I would not wear them out of the house because they are super ugly on my narrow, long feet but they work great as house shoes. Also, the velcro allows me to adjust the width to my foot which is a bonus because most of these slides,etc are way to wide for my feet. They run a little long as well but the next size down would have probably been too short. I usually wear an 8.5/9 shoe and ordered a 9 in these.
I have foot issues and these shoes are not my house slippers. They give a great deal of support and are very comfy.
After buying some bargain knock-off I went back to REAL Spencos and there is nothing like them. They seem to be made better than the bargain item and don't cause a callous on my big toe like the crummy ones did.
These have a good built in arch. I have planter fasciitis and I keep a pair for indoor use and one for patio use. Get the one with the Velcro top tab to adjust to your foot. If you have trouble keeping slides on, this may not be the sandal for you. Also, even though it looks ok, I think it is more for back and foot issues than appearance. Just my opinion. It does clean up nicely.
Saw these at a pharmacy and got a pair for my mother. Saw them here as she wanted both colors. She is happy.
