The shoes were very pretty but they were too big. I returned them almost 2 1/2 months ago and never got my refund. What’s the hold up? I called on four different occasions and I was promised for different times I would be getting my refund. Never did

The ONLY reason I returned these beautiful shoes, which looked fabulous on my feet, were a great fit, was they were very uncomfortable to wear. The footbed was hard, & didn’t give at all. For me, I need a bit of cushioning and arch support anymore. I was disappointed but know I would probably not wear them b/c they were just hard on my feet.
This are to wide! I have a wide foot!!! Wish I could return, but..
I loved the style but difficult to keep the shoes on as material stretches and is not anchored by a back strap. Usually like Sak but this is not a good product
