I am 70. I needed a 10 N navy shoe to wear with a navy dressy dress for a wedding. I wanted it to have a low heel. After two months I came upon these, stylish looking shoes! I read the reviews and ended up buying a 10.5(glad I did!) the strap did not hurt. I did a lot of dancing on a dance floor but we walked all evening to and from the dance floor on gravel. (Reception was under a large tent) so after an evening of gravel floors and dancing, my feet did hurt. These shoes don’t have a lot of support. Even that being said, I look forward to wearing them again.
Excellent quality and good fit, although I do have to order a half size larger in this brand.
I already owned three pairs of Trotters Dea in other colors when I ordered the navy one and already knew it would be a "go-to" shoe for many occasions. It's far more stylish than most Trotters shoes (in my opinion) and the low heel height and elasticized & adjustable strap make it comfortable. I find myself wearing these shoes to work, dinner, and more casual occasions. Dea looks great with skirts, pants, and especially capris. Because of the patent on the toe area, there is less give than in some shoes but going up a half size totally solved that problem for me. I highly recommend!

Bought these shoes for my Mom who wears 8.5 slim (AAA) and was very skeptical about ordering shoes via the internet. I asked her what she'd been looking for and showed her how to search and use filters. We got them 2 days later. She tried them on and said, "they are perfect!" She loved the style, color, and said they were comfortable and fit perfectly. I was glad she was pleasantly surprised and presume she will be open to more purchases like this in the future.
Size is nothing what I was hoping for. I was excited when I seen they had extra wide but big disappointment when it fit like a regular with, not even wide. Will return
These shoes were versatile - can wear with pants or skirts. They look professional and are comfortable. Best is that the sling back buckle is there to be able to tighten so shoes stay on! Those with narrow heels but regular or wide feet will like these shoes!
