I struggle severe/moderate Plantar Fasciatis and have tried all kinds of shoes recommended by Podiatrists and others with foot pain. In all honesty, I held off following the early advice to get these slides. While I don't have a problem paying $150-$200 for running shoes, struggled to shell out for these slides. Never again.They are pillowy soft with great arch support. My foot runs slightly narrow so the fact that there is velcro and I can adjust to better secure, was an absolute bonus. I stand on concrete 8hrs a day and when I get home, am on concrete yet again. But now, as soon as I walk in, I shed my runners and slide in to these and sigh.It's been a couple of months now and while my feet still hurt, are much improved. But I am realistic and understand these recovery sandals alone won't fix me. I need to continue to stretch, use my frozen water bottles and manage inflammation. Over time, I'm certain I will continue to improve and I attribute much of that success to these Vionics. THANK YOU for making such a wonderful product!Only negative I can share is with dry feet, I'm constantly wiping/cleaning them as the texture seems to hold on to the dead skin (sounds gross, I know!). Not only does it show on the dark blue shoes, but it also makes my feel like they are always dirty. Still, I will be getting a second pair soon, but a lighter color this time.

I own a different pair of Vionic sandals and I like those. Being a woman with narrow feet, I found the unisex sizing of these recovery sandals to wide. In addition to looking like I had too big of a shoe on (even though the length was correct) I had to tighten the strap across the top to a point that it was sticking out a bit at the side just to keep them on. That made the top strap uncomfortably tight. Additionally, while I liked the arch support of the sole, I did not like the ridges cut into the footbed. Perhaps they are designed to help massage your foot, but I found they felt like the sole of my foot and the underside of my toes were getting every so mildy pinched as I walked. These might work for some, especially if you have calluses on your feet, but I ended up returning them. They just were not comfortable enough for my narrow, women's foot.

These are fantastic. I have high arches and tore my peroneus longus tendon 4 months ago and need to wear comfortable footwear inside since it hurts to walk barefoot anymore. These are amazing. Offers support for the arches and such nice cushion too....SIZE DOWN. These run quite big. I ordered women's 11 and I should've just done a 10. But I kept them since they're just for my house.

After walking a mile on hot pavement in shoes that turned out to be too worn to protect my feet from a flare-up of plantar fasciitis, I hobbled around for weeks in considerable pain. New supportive shoes and insoles helped a little, but the inflammation continued until I found the Vionic Rejuvenate Unisex Recovery Slides. I generally wear women's size 9, but I ordered the slides in size 8. Within days of adopting these marvelously comfortable shoes the inflammation began to subside. Despite their clumsy-looking design and ugly color combinations, I embrace and recommend these shoes. I bought the green/white ones to wear around the house and the plain black ones to wear in public. (The black ones smelled like new automobile tires at first, so I had to put them outside to off-gas for a few days.) I am grateful to have stumbled upon a shoe that answers my own need so well. For me, they are worth every penny.

I frequently wear, vionics, as I have plantar fasciitis. I have found the brand to be reliable in the past in terms of quality. I was horrified to receive these shoes, which were obviously used, and I did not buy them used. They arrived without a vionics box -in a plainbox with wrinkled tissue paper around them. It was obvious they have been worn as the soles which were white were slightly dirty. Whoever return them did not even bother to wipe them off. I am shocked that these would be sent to me in this condition. It’s a huge hassle to deal with a non-prime return. I will not be ordering anything like this again from vionic. Shame on them for sending me used shoes.! The mark up on these shoes are enough that they should have donated them or destroyed them not sent them out to a new customer.

I have been looking for slippers with arch support for years; you know, the kind that stay on your feet, fit right, feel good and you can clean. I finally found them and my feet are so happy. First, they are so cute. They are comfortable and adjust so well with the velcro strap. When I walk in them, I can actually feel the arch support; not too much, but just right-enough to let you know there is arch support. They stay on my feet and the most important part is that when I get up in the morning my feet are smaller because the swelling has gone down and when I go to bed at night they are swollen; no matter because I just adjust for what I need at any given time. Vionic and Amazon, I thank you soooooooooo much! I just ordered another pair in the gray because once you guys try them on, there might not be stock left and I certainly don't like to hear "we don't know if this item will ever come back":( Thank you for reading my lengthy review-I just can't say enough about these shoes.
