Boots are comfortable, exactly as ordered.
GREAT BOOT GOES IN EASY SLIPS OFF EASY WELL MADE REALLY LIGHT FOR HAVING A SAFETY TOETHE EPX INSOLES THAT COME IN CERTAIN WOLVERINE BOOTS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE INSOLE IN ANY BOOT YOU CAN BUY, sorry timberland anti fatigue but the insoles in this boot blows anything they have out of the water or any other boot company for comfort anyways, over all this boot feels great the slip protection feels great as I tested it out inside & outside on my kitchen floor & on the concrete does not feel like it needs a lot of break in time as I’ve been wearing them about 7hrs straight & they already feel great! I ordered a 13 wide & they feel perfectMight order a second pair just to have a new pair ready to go as I work in a grocery store as a meat cutter
Have owned wolverine marauders for years, tried these out because no one can get the marauders in my size anymore. I ordered them in november because my last pair or marauders are just about worn out not. Worst boots i have ever owned, left sores on my feet and i use a boot drier every other day unless they are wet. The toe has already started to tare up. My feet hurt everyday. I had yo switch back too my old boots with holes and nothing left because of how bad my feet started to hurt i will not wear these anymore. What a waste of money.
I really like these boots. I've worn Wolverine for work boots for years and really liked them, but this is a different style/model. They fit well and and don't look like I'm wearing clown shoes because of the composite toe. I did get a wide size because of the composite toe, which I don't normally do, so they are roomy. They are comfortable - I don't give them any thought while working. Traction is good enough without being overly aggressive. Three rings at the bottom and hooks the rest of the way up - no eyelets. My only concern is the leather seems really soft and I don't know how long they will last - that's the reason for four stars. I'm really thinking stiffer leather would have been better.Update December 2020. Finally pitched the boots. They lasted pretty good, but had holes in them and the sole was separating at the heal. Overall, I am pleased, especially for the price - $67 - I must have caught them just right because that is dirt cheap! Today they are $160, but I think there are better boots for that kind of money.
Comfortable and well made.
Wore wolverine for years. There no available within 45 miles of us they are great boots with Quality leather souls that should last in any type of construction or industrial settings. Fit perfectly. Beware these are composite toes so it takes a bit to break-in.
Have only had a few months I work on a farm and cut grass on the side and I'm 280lbs and the waterproofing is starting to fail the sole is starting to come apart around the front of the boot allowing water in from time to time other than that they have taken a decent beating so far and held up ok
I have owned 2 pairs of work boots over the past 30 years - Herman Survivors - 8" - I don't use them everyday, just for outdoor projects around the house. I recently went to buy my third pair (for the next 15 years and was discouraged by the reviews and decided to look elsewhere. I tried on several brands, styles and sizes of waterproof soft or composite- toe boots - carhartt (heavy and stiff), georgia (crap) and wolverine. The first thing I found was that all ran about 1 size larger than my foot size. I usually wear a 10.5M - 9.5 is the one that fit. Wolverine Cabor-M - both the 6" and 8" - were the most comfortable from toe to top with a light composite toe and nice sole and the most comparable to the Survivors. The Carhartt was a close second but had a very heavy toe and shoe with an inadequately constructed and cushioned upper. I can't speak to longevity at this juncture but I have confidence in the construction. My recommendation is to start and finish with the Wolverine Cabor - still miss my Survivors though...
