Are lite weight and feel like tennis shoes, can’t tell they’re safety toe at all. Very comfortable boots. True to size.
I’ve worn these down for 1 year and 6 months. One of the most comfortable boots I’ve had. No boot is infinitely durable tho. In the time I’ve had them, the toe shows through the leather, the insides are pretty worn, and they stink. Expected with boots and what I do. But compared to other boots I’ve bought year after year. These are the ones I will buy again. (12 years of buying boots). Good for a hot day and good for a cold day. Shoelaces lasted longer than any other boot I’ve had. The bottom soles are pretty tore up but they are still holding me up. Unlike others that either crack or fall off the boot. Insole do need replacing but that’s the cheap part we can all replace, which you should periodically. I bought these true to size and they were a little tight. It’s fine with me since all boots need to be broken in. Once broken in they expand and I rather they fit me perfect after broken in than a little large if I buy a half size up. I move around a lot and these aren’t restrictive. Never had any issues with blisters or sore ankles/calves.
Fit is good. The boot is fairly comfortable. The durability is garbage. I don’t remember how much these cost but it was way over 100$ and I’ve only worn them ... maybe 20-30 times in the last 4 months in a low impact/low use environment. Already has started to rub straight through the interior lining and is now extremely uncomfortable on the ankles. Exterior is durable , but cmon, wear them 30 times and now are wearing the interior out? If you pay good money for top of the line boots, I’d hope to get a year out of them for for what little use I put them through.
Fits true to size, super comfortable, just like a tennis shoe. Only down side is i feel they are more of a orange-ish color then any other brown i have got before. with that said they look sharp, but i will look for another style/color when its time to get new again however, based on the look of the craftsmanship might be a while.
So right out of the box, these boots fit me quite well and are comfortable enough for me, especially compared to some other boots I've owned in the past. Good amount of room for my feet, doesn't hug too tightly and doesn't feel cramped, some wiggle room for my toes in the toe box, and nice cushion in the heel which I really wanted so I could run in these if I really had to. I bought a size 10.5 X-Wide and this boot runs true to size (for me.) It's waterproof enough so you could walk in the rain but I probably wouldn't allow them to be submerged in a deep puddle or anything. I can't speak on the durability yet since I just got them but will try to update this in the future. I don't notice any major defects and it looks like it will hold up well so I give the quality a nice 4.5/5. I'm not too picky with any slight blemishes or little glue spots around the soles because it's a boot and it's going to get beat up and dirty anyway. The laces are okay but I always replace my laces anyway with some elastic laces because I'm weird like that. I will say that this boot is a nice blend between practical and stylish and I would not mind wearing these on a night out with friends and paired with some nice blue jeans! (I got the brown with the white midsole btw.) So far, I really like them. When I get new shoes, I like to put them on and wear them around the house for a few hours to see how they feel on my feet and so far I haven't noticed any real kind of fatigue or discomfort so that's good. I just have to adjust the laces accordingly to get that perfectly tuned fit. I think these will be my new favorite boots for a while and I plan on buying these in the other color options they have for different occasions or to pair with different outfits. Overall I think I would give these a 4.3/5 for now, only because I haven't tested the durability yet. Oh and I haven't tested the oil & slip resistance yet either but the sole seems flatter than most boots I've owned and the more surface area you have in contact with the ground, the more grip you should have, theoretically. The rubber feels like good quality. Nice and squishy but doesn't feel cheap.Pros:- Practical- Stylish- Full grain leather- Waterproof- Good cushion in the heel- Loop tab on the heel (This is a must for me when I look for boots lol)- Composite toe so the boot is much lighter- Fairly good surface area on the sole so good ground contact- Memory foam insole feels niceCons:- Not much really, laces are fine but I would change them out to your personal preference- I want to say the waterproofing is a bit questionable because the tongue is fabric and I'm not sure how it will hold up if submerged in a deep puddle but that's just me nitpicking.- Boot could probably breathe a little better but hey if you want waterproofing then you have to sacrifice some breathability. This can be improved depending on the kind of socks you wear.Overall, great boot. Hope this helps!
Comfortable, when you have to wear safety toe boots all day 10 to 12 hours you want them to be light and comfortable I have had to wear them for forty years in industrial Construction work we do these is the lightest most comfortable boot I have ever worn on the project, excellent 😀
These things were comfortable. At first they felt super narrow and tight around my foot. After they broke in I felt like I could run in them. However I'm disappointed that the leather on the toe developed a small hole after a few weeks and now, months later, so much leaver has worn away the metal toe is exposed.
Feels like a show not a boot
