they run true to size, are comfortable keeping in mind they're not athletic shoes, and are a good price for the quality and look.I find that I keep rebuying the Deer Stag brand for my boys dress shoes. these particular ones are on the more casual side, but everything I like about them is true for every pair I've bought from this brand. I really can't speak to durability because they've always been dress or semi casual, so are worn 1 or 2 times per week and my boys have outgrown every pair before they wear out.

Bought these for my son as his best man shoes at my wedding this past spring and they are wonderful. the material on the bottom of the shoe hasn’t left a scuff on any of my floors and has a nice cushion that seems to make the shoe very comfortable to walk in. has a tiny bit of a heel cushion. the material on the top is a gorgeous rich brown color, I paired it with navy pants and a light blue gingham top and tan vest and he looked absolutely sharp. the color of the shoes has some variation like a natural leather would and i love that the stitching is a lighter color so it stands out from the color of the brown. they are very easy to get on with his dress socks and i love the small areas of elastic on either side of the tongue. the back of the foot opening also has a little bit of padding so he said he said he could run all day in them without his feet hurting. the toe is also a rounded square shape with is very modern and sleek, i love this. very much a timeless style even though he will grow out of them soon. love these and will buy this brand again for him.
