Very comfortable
I have these on Try Before You Buy. I will most likely keep them. I am a size 9, so I purchased a 9.5. Still my heel hangs off a tad. These are leather uppers, they smell like it and the interior says so. Not sure why they are saying synthetic upper. They run small, not true to size. I should have expected that as they were made in China.Ideally, I would like a 10, so I can wear with short pants and dresses. I do plan on purchasing, but will only wear on carpet, sparingly and hopefully within the 30 day window, they will be back in stock and I can exchange. If not, I'll just keep these. I paid 47.35 and I'm seeing they are selling at Lord & Taylor, DSW, for 100 plus. Of course all out of stock on 9.5 and 10.All in all, a beautiful, sexy, comfy slide. I have a similar pair by Earth shoes and get tons of compliments on them from strangers. Unfortunately, Earth shoes discontinued the model. I hope Aerosoles doesn't.
I don't know why this listing says the uppers are synthetic. When I opened the box I could smell the leather, and I verified this by looking at what's stamped inside the shoe. Wearing these around the house, I wasn't sure at first that I would be able to keep them on my feet. Despite having bare feet, they kept sliding off. But I persisted for a bit and they became easier to wear. They are quite comfortable and I like the way they will look. They'll definitely dress up and add some flair to all the plain pants and skirts I have. The 5-1/2 is my normal size and it fits me perfectly. Love Aerosoles.
