I very lik d
Got these for my husband and he really likes them. He is normally a 10.5, occasionally a 10 and these were a bit large on him. He puts insoles in his shoes for additional comfort so it was completely manageable. These required a little bit of break in to get used to them but he wore them around the house for an afternoon and then they were fine.Very well made and great looking. These are nice in that they can be worn with more dressy attire or more business casual and not look out of place.
Shoes comes smaller size
The ALDO Men's Brendan Oxford shoes in Cognac, while stylish and well-crafted, are not very breathable. These shoes tend to trap heat and moisture, which can make them less comfortable during extended wear, especially in warmer weather. If breathability is an important factor for you, you may want to consider other options.
Aldo has made a very comfortable dress shoe. They fit true to size. I am very impressed with how easy they are to get on/off. Furthermore, the soles are very easy to walk and stand on. I use these shoes for work and I am on concrete quite a bit. My feet haven't been getting sore. I totally recommend these shoes if you are in the market for a pair of dress shoes.
For some reason and I can’t figure it out this shoes does much larger than others I have. I have worn also shoes for many years now and always take an 11 in them. This shoe I find that I have a lot of room in. I’m not sure what is going on here with these. I really like them a lot and am sad that they are too big for me to wear.
The shoe is a comfortable shoe. I was able to walk in these all day and it not hurt my feet. The frame of the shoe is narrow. My feet are narrow and so it wasn’t a problem. The color of the shoe was what attracted me to it. And it is nice! A beautiful cognac color with a slight fading dark tip toward the front of the shoe. Not too noticeable which I like. The shoe moves well with my foot. It doesn’t cramp it or restrict movement because of the material. The shoe however was a bit larger than expected. Normally dress shoes fit a bit larger. This one fit a bit too large. Nevertheless, the shoe rocks! And I’ll keep wearing it because normally I can wear a size 9.5 and get away with wearing a 10…as in this case.
I've owned a number of pairs of Aldo shoes. They seem to fit in that sweet spot of good quality, price, and fairly timeless style. These shoes aren't any different in that regard.I wear between a 9.5-10, and I'd say that these fit perfectly at a 10, especially when I'm wearing standard dress socks with the. They're a standard/classic style and don't have anything in particular that stands out or them beyond that they simply look nice. I don't think these are 'casual' enough to wear with a pair of jeans, but they look fine with khakis or even some dressier corduroy. And you could definitely use them in more dressy situations as well.As far as comfort is concerned, as of right now, they're a bit ont he stuff side. But I think that'll change as they break in.
