For over a year, I have been looking for a semi-dress/casual black shoe, and I found this one. Even though these shoes are not all black, its two-tone brown/black meets my versatile needs. These shoes are sturdy and of high quality. The leather is moderately thick and the soles are hard rubber which should last a while. My feet are a little wide. Therefore, I usually wear a size 9 instead of an 8 1/2" which is fine for length. These size 9 shoes have plenty of room even with thick socks. I have worn these the last 2 months at my school teaching job, and they are really comfortable. My only issue with these is that they are squeaky while walking on vinyl floors. Even so, I highly recommend these affordable, nice looking shoes.
My son likes how it feels and we both like the style.
