I am giving five stars for comfort only. I have had this model and brand of shoes years ago and I have had them to last a good long time. (earlier pairs from years ago)Then I have only had them a short time (newer pairs) before the soles come unglued and had to have the soles glued back on.(at my expense at a shoe repair) Then they lasted a long time. I have had three pairs of this brand of shoes where the soles come unglued after minimal use. (I say travel at your own risk) I would say for durability not over two stars unless they have changed since 2019 the earlier pairs I would have given five stars.

The right shoe as got a bad place in the shoe. The right shoe caused the sore on my right. I would not recommend the shoes to anyone
The boots fit well and are comfortable. It’s nice not to lace up boots!
Got these for my father who has foot, knee, hip and back problems. He has a hard time putting shoes on or off if they lace, so the velcro works nice. The ability to apply varying pressure at the ankle and over the arch is very good. He says they are the most comfortable things he's worn in a long time.
Boots fit well out of the box. No pinching, no break-in required. I must agree with those who say the is boot is large but I didn't buy them to "trip the light fantastic" anyway. In fact I was looking for something that provided support AND had no laces to challenge my arthritic back. These do that very well.
