These are the most cushy work shoes/boots I've ever owned. I'm on my feet on concrete floors for 8 out of 10 hours a day, and sore feet are not a problem with these. They're light weight, not "toe heavy" like steel toes ( they're aluminum). My only complaint is a lack of wiggle room in the toe box. Expand the height of the toe cap 1/4" and they'd be perfect. FYI, I have narrow to medium width feet, and I had to go with the "wides" in this model, so keep that in mind.
