These boots are true to size and have a tongue that isn’t sewn in as tight as most boots so they are easy for my husband to put on. This is the only work boot my husband has worn for at least 10 years. The are far more durable and comfortable than the previous brand he wore.
This is a follow up review to my initial one. I ordered a 10.5W (which I wear and all my other boots and shoes are) and they were too tight. Amazon swapped them for a pair of 11W in just 3 days so I was fine with returning them. This pair fit much better. The boots seem very like they are of very good quality but it is too early to tell you about durability. I will follow up with that review.
My nephew where’s these for work , so I decided I’d see what he meant . I’ve worn everyday since I’ve got them , my legs actually feel great after wearing for 10-12 hours a day . Been in lots of mud , water and dirt . My feet are dry though it all , definitely get what you pay for!
FINALLY!!! After trying literally 10 pairs of boots from Amazon I found a pair that are wide enough for my feet! Don't get me wrong, I've only had these boots on my feet for 7 hours but I walk with lawn equipment several miles a day in the Florida heat. I've been home for an hour and they are still on my feet. Extremely comfortable. They breathe more than they look like they would. So far feels very sturdy. Sole is flexible enough to give while walking but stiff enough to prevent punctures and support your arch enough when stepping on narrow surfaces like ladders, curb edges, shovel handles etc etc. Will update later but so far very happy with these boots. They would be better if the upper was a little more padded. but for the most part, well done Carrhart!
I’m on my feet 12-16 hours a day on the farm and once they get broken in I will be happy. It’s Carhart y’all. This boot will keep your duckies warm and dry.
Very heavy duty
I work in a Roofing yard on my feet for 8-12hrs a day these boots are amazing the keep my feet warm and dry…yes my feet get wet from sweeting but they stay warm and Comfortable it is like walking on clouds from the first day I got them to now which has been now almost a week they are still as comfortable as the day I got them…definitely recommend for the everyday work wear you won’t be disappointed
The leather started absorbing water on day two being a utility locator out in the snow. The first three days the ankles of the boots bruised my ankles. I usually buy cheap dewalt boots. Thought it would be worth spending 200 dollars on some supposedly insulated waterproof winter boots. Worst mistake I ever made.
