I absolutely hate wearing steel toe shoes! I started a new job and wore a pair of steel toes I purchased from Kmart. My feet were so sore everyday after taking them off. My back was killing me. It wasn’t until I asked a co worker about their steel toes that I found out about these. My co worker just seemed to walk around with ease. So I came on amazon and ordered a pair. When I held the shoes in my hand I was disappointed because they felt very heavy. But once I put them on they didn’t feel as heavy as they did in my hands. I’m so satisfied with this purchase. I wore them too work and I have no complaints. I feel like I’m wearing extra cushioned sneakers. I’ve never had steel toes that where this comfortable. Another plus is the look. They actually look cute with my jeans a pose to those bulky boots I was wearing. They fit as expected. I’d get a size bigger than my shoe size but that’s just me plus I have wide feet. But they definitely are true to size.
The fit was spot on (size 11), and for a working manager in the auto salvage business, these shops are perfect for me. have the steel toe protection AND the comfort of not being a large heavy boot. I am very pleased with these shoes! The end of the day soreness from wearing steel-toed boots is gone for me now. These are my first pair of "non-boot" steel toes, and I hit the lottery with these. I mean this, as I am 59 and just don't want to wear heavy boots anymore.
The fit was too small and the make up of the shoe didn’t look like it was going to last. I’m pretty hard on feet so I should’ve known better than to take a gamble due to price. Immediately upon trying them on I knew it wasn’t going to work. Thank God for Amazon’s easy return options. I was able to return them and when my refund was applied I was able to purchase a different pair from a brand I was familiar with.
I bought these shoes for work. I typically work 10 hour shifts on concrete floors in a factory. These shoes are okay for the price. They did not exceed my expectations by any means. I would suggest purchasing insoles with these shoes as they do not offer much support. If you DO plan on using insoles I recommend sizing up. These shoes gave me blisters the first week and were hard to put on as the area around the ankle is closed and was kind of tight. This did stretch out with more wear. If you are looking for a cheap alternative to safety toe shoes then these are OK. I think next time I will spend more on a different product.
Comfort level on the shoes is good, steel toe is good. Durability of the shoe seems good as far as the stitching goes, but the tread has worn away very quickly. Also the non slip tried is not great for kitchens and other food work.
My husband needs steel toes for work and kept complaining that his feet got too hot in the boots that his work provided. He loves these shoes because they have good air flow and they are lightweight and comfortable. His feet are definitely less stinky after coming home from a 12 hour shift on his feet the entire time. The only complaint he had was the cushion inside the shoe. So he just went and purchased a better insole.
put over 60hours a week, walking in gravel dirt carpet, just about everything. within 3weeks the lining in and around the steel toe was destroyed. the lining of the breathable fabric deterred. the grip on the sole was gone in a month.
They're heavier than regular tennis shoes, but you'll get used to them when you tie them.Solid bottom, surprisingly well supported.I usually wear out the sole very quickly, but this pair of shoes outlasted any other.Good grip, good adaptability, good elasticity, good material, no signs of deterioration.It's nice and breathable.When the first pair finally wore out, he would buy it again.
