Clarks, a name synonymous with comfort and quality, began in 1825 with two brothers, Cyrus and James Clark. Their story started with a simple idea: crafting slippers from sheepskin offcuts. This dedication to resourcefulness and innovation has been at the heart of Clarks for nearly 200 years.
Clarks prioritizes both comfort and timeless design. They are pioneers in foot-shaped technology, ensuring a perfect fit and all-day support. Their classic styles have transcended generations, while their commitment to innovation keeps them at the forefront of modern footwear trends.
This is my third pair of Clarks. They fit great and are comfortable and light-weight. I still have my first pair after 3+ years. The soles are starting to show wear but with a little shoe polish every now and then they still look great.
I like this product because:1. fits well and my toes are comfortable2. lovely cushioning feature for your feet3. nice leather4. Ortholite memory foam works for me.5. easy to clearIn comparison to the Dockers Men's Gordon Cap-Toe Oxford which I bought in December 2015 that is still in good condition when used with Shoe Heel Plates. The Clarks Men's Cotrell (in my opinion) is a more comfortable pair of shoes you can wear for longer period of time. Whereas, I purchased both pair for different occasion, I wear the Dockers shoes for formal settings and the Clarks for informal or on Fridays. Please see the links for the Dockers Men's Gordon Cap-Toe Oxford and Shoe Heel Plates: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007TQ9P4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Please see link to the Dockers Men's Gordon Cap-Toe Oxford:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007TQ9P4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1https://www.amazon.com/Traveler-Plates-Nails-Black-Plastic/dp/B0031ELG50/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1504726321&sr=8-1&keywords=men%27s+shoe+heal+saver
Nice shoes and nice price, but to my surprise the price increased from $48 to 75 after my purchase...These shoes are really light weight and comfortable.
Enjoy the fit and comfort most. I was actually thrown off by the low cost since Clark’s quality usually demands a higher cost. However, these are quite comfortable and well-built.
Bought these for my husband. He found them comfortable right out of the box! No complaints. Fit as expected. Nice brown color and details. Happy with our purchase.
- The size is ok because I ordered a bigger size after had read the customers review- The width of the shoe is small. So, the shoe is tight.- The leather quality is very bad. Looks like carton. Unexpected to get this poor quality from Clarks.- The other materials are good.- Manufacturing quality is good.- The shoe is light weight.- The style is nice.- Don't recommend this shoe at least because of the bad quality of the leather.
I can remember old slip on sneakers for dockside relief and fun in the sun. Now what these Clarks are do make recall what is suppose to understood as a moccasin for sakes of provocative style and awareness. I appreciate what Clarks does and enjoy owning a pair.
While I usually wear size 11, I noted in reviews that a non-trivial percentage reported that fit was small, I'd previously tried on a size 11 at a Clarks store and found it tight, so I purchased 11½. Turned out to be a good choice. First day I wore them I had them on for about 14 hours, with no fatigue. Use them for dressy casual and for walking.
