This is the sixth pair of Cole Haan ZEROGRAND I have purchased over the past four-five years. This was the worst shipping service I have ever had ordering over the past 12 years from AMAZON. I placed this order on November 9 and finally received it today, November 28th, almost three weeks!

Received these shoes in a non Cole Haan box. No other tags or materials indicating that they were actually Cole Haan…which makes me wonder if these were fakes, returns or floor models. The shoes fit, so I decided to wear them to work. After wearing them just from the parking garage to my office, the right heel started making a clicking noise. Nothing on the outside of the sole sticking to the ground. It’s internal, so maybe the adhesive holding the heel? Unable to return these since they have been worn. Be careful who is selling these shoes
Ordered the 10.5, So narrow don't know how any mens foot could fit
Materials felt cheaper than what I expected for paying for a shoe at this price.
