This is a sneaker dressed as a shoe. Very comfortable and can be worn to work and not look out of place. I am a medium width and the shoe is a little snug, so be careful if you have wide feet. Great for walking.

This is a nice looking shoe. A bit expensive for this type of shoe. I don't mind that part if I get what i want. I have wore Ecco shoes for over 40 years. I currently have more than 10 pair of Ecco's. I have been looking for a shoe to replace the Seawalker, which they have discontinued. The length on these is correct (44), but the width is way too narrow. I am sitting here contemplating whether to return or see if they will stretch. I don't like that predicament! If you have a wide foot, you may want to save some grief!
Excellent shoe. No break in needed. I was able to wear it to work for a full day on my feet without any discomfort whatsoever. Also looks very sharp.
When I examined the shoes they were not what I had expected and now the "return window" is closed...I should have called earlier because the delivery bag was damaged and I delayed. My fault but very unhappy with this purchase.
These shoes have all leather tops which breathe easily while at the same time having moderately springy rubber soles which provide excellent support and all-weather endurance
