ECCO, a Danish footwear brand founded in 1963 by Karl Toosbuy, began with a simple yet revolutionary idea: creating comfortable shoes that mimicked the barefoot walking experience. Toosbuy believed that shoes shouldn't restrict the natural movement of the foot, and ECCO's commitment to ergonomic design has been at the heart of the brand ever since.
ECCO prioritizes both comfort and style. They utilize innovative technologies and premium materials to create shoes that are anatomically shaped, lightweight, and flexible. ECCO also boasts a keen eye for design, offering a range of styles that are both functional and fashion-forward.
I do not do reviews much on Amazon, though I purchase plenty of items, but I wanted to be sure to rate this.I cannot speak to the longterm durability, which I can update later, but I have always wanted a moccasin look without having a legit moccasin. Many times that type of look is relegated to a woman's shoe for whatever reason.Cue this item. I think it is a newer release. For some reason, I was able to buy it $50 cheaper and ship from the UK, as opposed to a full $170 for ones in the US. I'm reviewing based on a $120 price point. The shoe is surprisingly comfy. I have not researched to know the structure, but it has real nice support for the middle of your foot. Midway up the foot and through the toes there is a sort of terrace like decline toward the outside of the shoe. [Though a smooth transition, not literally the angles of a terrace). The moccasin look is awesome. I work at a retail store and I would say that the shoe wouldn't be great if you are consistently hauling around heavy pallets with a pallet jack, but otherwise it would suffice. At the very least, it is a tremendously upscale house shoe.No regrets. I would even buy the darker variation, but for $170? Likely not. $120ish all day though.I could be tempted to buy the darker color for $170 if these hold up long enough to prove it’s worth it. I may hav to cave and buy it.
Very light and comfortable shoes for walking
Tight fit, order next size up if you have a foot that is normal to wide. Also, very poor quality, eyelet on left shoe was torn out on arrival.
The style is nice but the fit was a bit strange. The space across the widest part of foot was VERY tight and just wouldn’t flex. Not a shoe for me.
Comfortable
Super!
Not any arch support and could not remove inner sole to put In supports
Top top quality!!!
