These are my 7 year old’s first real dress shoes. They are beautiful. Lovely leather and cushy memory foam sinsoles and nice rubber soles. They look like real grown up dress shoes. Now for a child who never had dress shoes before, it was a bit of an experience putting these on for the first time. The leather is stiff and it’s a little tough to slide the foot into the shoe (we used a shoe horn because my son was just stomping on the heel.) He complained at first the the shoes hurt at the top of his feet when he walked at the leather is stiff and he felt it was cutting into his feet. But he walked around for a bit and got more comfortable. He wore them to his school holiday concert which had dancing and he managed to dance without issue.These are great classic dress shoes. Great quality and will last a while. Highly recommended.
I have previously gotten this brand and am never disappointed. The quality of the shoe is superior to most children's shoes. Also the luxury feature like memory foam is particularly helpful because my son's foot/arch makes many other shoes uncomfortable. He loves these though and finds them as comfortable as his tennis shoes after being broken in. They are durable to the wear and tear of play time and maintain a classic, dressy appearance. All-around great dress hoe for active boys.
A lovely gentleman's shoe for a young gentleman!! These are elegantly appointed, and a serious dress shoe, like any man's shoe might be. The foot bed is cushioned and lovely. The details are impeccably tooled and the finish quality is outstanding. The instep is wide enough for most feet. Highly recommended!
