Florsheim Men's, Corbetta Cap Toe Oxford Black 12 M

Upon first glance at this shoe I thought no way would it fit my size 10 foot that requires a 4E due to bone spur on big toe. Design makes it longer and look a bit narrower. I was pleasantly surprised, the shoes fit very comfortably and looked nice with my tuxedo. Danced long into the evening in them.

Very comfortable dress shoe. I have difficulty with some shoes being cut too high for my ankle bone, this one is cut perfectly, no rubbing. I can wear it all day without issue. It's a tad bit longer than it appeared in the photo, but the fit is really good and I actually like it better than the stubby look I'm more accustomed to.

The inside heel / sole is made with a rubber like material that makes it comfortable for every day walking. This was my number one choice for style, shine, quality and comfort. However once I used the shoe for a day there was a significant crease that showed up on the top of the shoe. This worried me because overtime I could see this getting worse and possibly shorten the life of the shoe if not taken care of properly. I wanted this to be the winner but I could not get over the crease issue. I got these for my husband who wears dress shoes to work just about every day. They were perfect and beautiful right out of the box and he loved them, wearing them to church and to work.

Comfortable all evening, got several compliments. Glad I bought them.

The shoes were exactly as expected and arrived on time and in great shape. The shoes are well built and only slightly uncomfortable breaking them in. This is day four wearing them and they're already conforming to my feet.

So I give these 4 stars overall because of an issue I had with the size. Florsheim has always been very comfortable shoes for me especially because I'm on my feet almost all day long. When I got the shoes I tried them on for the first time and it felt as if I had ordered two sizes too big. The toe box was very long, almost like a clown shoe and I felt it just looked ridiculous. The rest of the shoe fit was very large and loose. The worst part about a fit like that is that my feet will slide around inside the shoe and then I'll end up with blisters all over my feet from the socks sliding around. As for the quality of the shoes it met my expectations. The leather is always good quality and they break in very quick (Usually less than 5-7 days). I found that these are the only brand of shoes I can wear comfortably that keep the very professional and formal looks of high class shoes (Not a large solid rubber sole, no complex stitching and padding everywhere) and that's what I like especially with having to wear a suit all day. If you were to order these I recommend going a size smaller than what you would get normally as the size would balance out.
