Florsheim shoes have to be compared really to other florsheim shoes when it comes to fit. These were specifically bought for wear with a tux. They were comfortable and for the amount of wear I expect to put on them, (I expect to wear them 3 or 4 times a year at least) they feel like a good buy for the money. Simple and sufficient.
Worked well for the occassion (black tie company party) and they still hold a great shine over time. They feel a bit cheap but otherwise they are comfortable and fit the look perfectly.
Husband got these for a formal function to wear with his tux. Loved the style and comfort.

Just had a custom tuxedo made and when I asked eve salesman where he’d suggest I buy comfortable shoes for my daughters wedding he suggested these on Amazon. I am determined not to wear uncomfortable shoes and these are perfect. Super comfortable, look great and well priced.
I ordered these in a 13W. The toe box extended a bit beyond the toes, as it needs to be if your toes will fit. Maybe a bit tight but they were OK. I added a heel pad and light shoe pad that I picked up at a drugstore. Well made and comfortable enough for what they are. Much better than cheaper brands.
Good looking, poor quality materials. Started wrinkling on trying on. I had to return it right away.
