So comfortable, it's almost like floating. But it's kind of wrinkly, the shaping is not perfect.

Slightly undersized. Tongue tends to roll under when trying to slip on. Like that laces don't have to be tied.

They got a lot of this right. But to be blunt it's $100 for a pair of shoes and I would want some changes before I could recommend people buy these.Start with the positives. This looks to be a newer brand of hush puppies. It's hush puppies bounce plus. This means there is this nice springy but slightly squishy layer of foam inside the sole that will maintain it's spring long after your traditional sole will wear out. This is the big sell. Honestly, this sole is incredible. I mean like walking on a cloud incredible. It doesn't feel like any kind of inner sole ive ever worn. Soft yet lightly springy so when you're walking it doesn't feel like you have shoes on. Can't praise it enough.Then there's the downside. The upper is a nice looking leather and it has that nice leather smell. But it's really not as comfortable as you would think, at least when associated with the brand. I've never worn hush puppies before but I understand comfort is their thing. It's a bit tight especially around the toes. Now the laces do not fasten to let the upper conform to the shape of your foot. But it still feels a bit restrictive. The leather certainly could be a bit softer. It may get that way over time but we will have to see.One other aspect that you may want to think about if you want to get these is the shape. Although they are restrictive on the upper, the inner part of the shoe has a wonderful rise on the inside arch of your foot. For people who are standing a lot in an office or whenever, I would expect this to be very beneficial for you. It feels great.So it's a bit of a let down for me but on the one hand it's an excellent sole. I'm going to continue wearing them and see if my initial impression turns out to be wrong. Perhaps it will loosen up over time and then I will be able to recommend these. Will be back if this changes.

I have heard so much about this Hush Puppies brand from families and relatives but never had the chance to really try them out until now. My first impression was just as I'd expected, these are really light for a pair of dress shoes. I mean I say dress shoes but these can be worn casually with style too :). The black leather top is really, really soft and very comfortable on the feet as well as flexible with movements. The elastic laces are mostly for convenience and there is no need to adjust them making these shoes more like a slip-on rather than laces as far as the wearing process. just expand and slip in your feet, it's that easy. This size 9 I ordered is in the Medium style range as indicated on the label on the back of the top flap and shown in the picture I have included. They fit me just fine since I do not have wide feet, so remember to order these in Wide if you have wide feet just to be safe. The widest area on these shoes is about 4" wide for the Medium style in case any one is wondering before ordering. As for the insole, it is supposedly made with BioDeWix Dry Mesh to help with odor and climate control and do have some arch support too. For me personally and since I have a bad case of plantar fasciitis, I just may have to add on my ortho-arch support insoles later on as well. The bottom sole is made of somewhat soft rubber with good traction tracks or groves to minimize slippages. Although the rubber soles are not as soft or as bouncy as those running or jogging shoes, these are my softest and lightest dress shoes in my closet :). Overall, these feel very comfortable to wear especially the soft Moyen leather top, light and less stress for my feet with style :).

I was skeptical about the elastic laces on these shoes and should have stuck with my gut feeling. The laces already do not stay in place because the lace hole had expanded. The only way I see fixing this is to use a paper lip or some other clip to hold in place. Horrible design.

These shoes are not wide and very painful. After half day of wearing the shoes, I couldn’t wear them because they hurt my feet so bad. They might work great for narrow feet, but if you are wide, pass on them.
