I had purchased these as a gift for my grandpa, unfortunately he was put on hospice and bed ridden by the time they arrived and he sadly never got to use them. The quality of the shoes themselves was very nice and they felt pretty sturdy. It would have worked great for him since it had the rubber bottom for that style of shoe as he wouldn't have slid and it would have made walking for him easier if circumstances had been different.Though the shoes never got used, I would recommend them for anyone who likes this style of shoe or loafer and wants something with a bottom that grips more and provides casual comfort.
My husband loves these shoes. Previously purchased at Costco but they don't have them now.
These shoes were purchased on Dec 21, 2024, delivered to me on Dec 29, 2024. This is the second pair of these shoes my husband has bought. The first pair he loved so much and wore frequently. They lasted him about three years before the soles started to "unglue" , the stitching in the photo is only decorative around the soles, the sole is NOT stitched on but glued on. This pair he has only worn about 5 or 6 times and tonight (02/02/2024) they look like this! Amazon says "return window closed on Feb 01, 2024. So guess IZOD is selling DISPOSABLE SHOES that are lasting for 5 or 6 wears. Not happy with this purchase at all. Wish there was a "0" star rating. That's $42.00 worth of nothing!!
