I attend a lot of fashion events and on occasion I bring my five year old son with me and these shoes are a great addition to a lot of outfits he wears
Not a true fit
A shoe horn or other support will help to ease it on, other than that it's a great shoe. This is my second pair, the first lasted well over a year.
Looks like more expensive shoes and so far is holding out well.
Looks good but would work better with a zipper instead of elastic closure. The elastic to the side makes it difficult for a kid to put on.
When you're a parent, you'll often find yourself falling into two different categories at times. The first, that I'm 100% guilty of, is always browsing the little clearance racks at Walmart near the shoes. You can always find a pair of flip flops, llama slippers, maybe some decent sneakers for like three bucks. Then the rest of the time, you splurge a bit to get your kids something high-end. Something that will be great for special events, get togethers, photos. That's what these are perfect for.They fit well, so that was the first big plus. She said that they were comfy to wear, so we were happy about that. But the main thing, they just look so stylish. All the other moms were gushing over her shoes, and wanted to know where we got them from. Me personally, I really like that they're all black, but that bit of red sort of pops on them. I own Marc Joseph New York shoes, as does my Wife, so it was fun to get our Little Girl in on the fun. Can't put a price on making our Princess happy.
First off I’m so glad that these fit my 6 year old AND she likes them! She wear a uniform to school so it’s important her shoes are either black, navy or white without any other colors. Her feet grow so fast but I feel she destroys the shoes faster than her feet grow. She had a similar pair of boots but they aren’t leather and have a zipper on them, in just 2 months she’s completely destroyed them. My hope is that because these are leather they will last a lot longer.I think we both appreciate that there aren’t any laces or fastenings on these. At first she felt they were a little tight but it’s only because there is a thick elastic essentially keeping the shoes on. I was a little worried today as she left for school that she was going to complain how uncomfortable they were after school. But she didn’t say anything, so I’ll take that as a success!I see that they also make an adult version of these as well and I think I need to have them!
