Insoles were wore down and the shoes had obviously been worn quite a bit.
I got these for work and I went with the reviews and recommendations on the sizing and they are too small. The comp toe is tight and crushed my toes. I had to suffer through it for 12 hours at work and my feet have never been in such pain. If you have wide feet or don't have narrow feet, I recommend getting a shoe with a larger toe box or size up.
