From the minute I put them on I loved them! Excellent support, super cute and good price!
When I began having balance problems (and a few falls!), I overhauled my shoe collection. I went for sneakers with all-important arch support, a wider toe box, soles that really grip, and comfort. I put on these Rykas and fell in love! I have other great comfort shoes. But, I find myself grabbing these time after time. While these Rykas are comfortable, more importantly, they make me feel steady and more confident in every step. And the dark green color works as a neutral. It goes with everything.
They are comfortable and fit well. They are wide enough without being too wide. The heel has nice cushion and support so I don't roll off of my feet. The only downside so far is they could have a little more cushion on the bottom but they're definitely worth the price.
Love them
Already have a pair of Ryka shoes in size 8 (different style), very comfy. Order these in same size. My toes are all the way on end of shoe. Not comfortable. Should have returned, but thought if I broke them in they would be fine. Hasn’t worked. I’m so disappointed.
Fits just right . . . no discomfort from the moment I put them on till I took them off that evening. They look great, breathe wonderfully and are incredibly comfortable. They felt like my favorite shoes - just by putting them on for the very first time. Many thanks Ryka - you know my feet well :)
I have been a NIKE devotee for decades because their shoes have the arch support I need & HAD lots of room in the toe box area. However, these Ryka sneakers are better. I was having trouble finding sneakers that didn’t squish my little toe into my other toes. It seems like the fashion has moved more towards a very tapered outer side. And I have monkey toes. So narrow, tapered toes in shoes actually hurt by the end of the day. Well, problem solved! There’s loads of wiggle room in the Ryka toe box & you can lace them tight over the middle foot area if needed. The heels don’t move around and rub you raw. The shock absorption is good. The arch support is pretty good. Basically, once you lace them correctly for your foot, you forget they are on. I’m a Ryka girl now. Woman owned & operated with better pricing too. What’s not to love?
Super comfortable and the treads are perfect for what I need them for. One of the few shoes with real rubber tread in this pattern tread.
