I always have a hard time finding shoes for me and when I saw that Santimon has my size I was excited. I was more excited when I received the shoes and they fitted me perfectly. So I decided to buy other models / designs they offer.Besides the shoes, which are beautifully crafted, I would add that my experience with their customer service has been exceptional. They have kept me informed of my order, helping me with the appropriate sizes, checking on me I cannot remember any recent experience like this.I love the shoes I have bought, their designs are beautiful and I get compliments in my office all the time, and the service has been exceptional. The delivery was faster than expected and these are pretty nice for the price. The fit is a little small from what I'm used to but without socks they are fine. The packaging was outstanding I never saw a box made out of air before and each shoe was individually wrapped! I will get the brown and grey ones half a size bigger.
Finally got a refund with a note saying if and when the shoes arrive to keep them to make up for the time it took getting them. The refund was in full and the shoes arrived after a four month wait. I will say the fit was good and wore well the first time out. Seller responded quickly with messages but if you need the product quickly be warned. March until June is a bit of a wait.
This is a very good product but spect longer than usual waiting time for shipping and the smell of the Shoe can be strong.
My hubby loves it! Gets lots of compliments!
