Looks fancy beautiful pair of shoes
These are probably the best looking dress shoes I've ever owned. I get nothing but compliments publicly and elsewhere when I wear them. True to form, though, Stacy Adams produces great-looking shoes that aren't terribly comfortable.
I own several pair of Stacy Adams dress shoes and boots. I have always found them to be comfortable, and true to size. When these arrived, I was impressed with the quality and look of the shoe. I had ordered a size 12 since all my others are that size and fit very well. The size 12 in this pair was too small. I returned the pair, no issues, but ordered a size 13 through Stacy Adams because Amazon didn't have that size in stock. Still giving this order 5 stars due to my past experiences with this shoe brand.
I Like the style and the support
A shoe maker who knows how to make a 7 1/2 D. Knows the difference between an A width versus a D width. The shoes fit perfectly because I know my size and they made it! Shoes are of good quality and look nice.
I've looked for a nice pair of shoes like this for a long time, the shoes came nice and shiny and I get compliments every time I wear them. They're definitely eye catchers and like most other Stacy Adams shoes the quality and make is good. The only con I have is that they tend to get uncomfortable and hard in addition to some weird - kind of a stain mark - appeared after a few days of wearing. I am not too sure if it is the leather or if I just (probably) need to give it a good clean.UPDATE 3/13/2014: After a good few months of having these with occasional wear, probably have only worn them about ten times, I wanted to update my review. First, the white part off the shoe has become an off-white, ivory color, and it has also become very worn looking (peeling). The black part of the shoe continues to have a weird kind of stain or something, I think it is because the black part is seemingly very cheap it doesn't even seem like true leather. Lastly the shoe becomes increasingly more and more uncomfortable, I don't recommend doing a lot of walking in these. In the end, I do recommend these but do everything you can to keep them clean so you don't end up with a black/ivory shoe rather than a black/white shoe! Regardless of this I still get multiple compliments.- Steven
Classic shoe, and professionally designed.
Didn’t heed the advice of previous comments and decided to order my true size. Unfortunately, they run narrow and had I not placed a shoe stretcher in for a week or so they would have been extremely uncomfortable to the point of being unwearable. They look nice although I refrain from wearing often to due to shiny “leather” creasing on the sides. Not the best quality. I don’t believe these to be authentic Stacy Adams, but what more can you expect when paying $60. All around they are extremely stylish and you are sure to stand out and be the envy of the room with these. Just be ready to replace the pair rather quickly due to quality.
