Exactly what I ordered and by far the best price
The seams split on the right shoe (picture anttached) after only 3 months. I was looking for a way to return the shoe as a manufacturing defect and called Steve Madden directly. They told me they couldn’t help since I purchased through Amazon. I can’t find a way to return on the Amazon website. I’d like to get a replacement as dress shoes worn in an office environment 3 days a week shouldn’t split after 3 months.Seriously the last time I will order shoes through Amazon. The reply from Amazon after this issue was “thank you for your review.” This is a clear manufacturing defect and should be eligible for a return. What horrible customer service!
