These puncture resistant shoes are ok not great.I walk between 5, and 10 miles 5 days a week. The company I work for requires puncture resistant safety toes that are ANSI rated. In that they fit the bill, and are more comfortable than most boots.Even with the miles I put in each day it took more that a month to break in these shoes. To be honest they were very uncomfortable and often painful at first. No matter how I adjust the laces. Once they broken in they are no longer painful. The insole is pretty thin and after a couple hours on your feet you can really feel it. I might replace them if I continue to use them. On the plus side I think they are really tough shoes and I expect they will last a long time.
yggayggza yggaz-I like these because they are sleek and badass. With the back loops they go on quick when fitted with elastic laces. They got cool teethy zig-zaggy things on the sides, but don't get these if you're more inclined to wearing KISS boots. Rock CITEHHH!!!
They need to let customers know to order 1 full size smaller then normal. These are way too big. They are light and comfortable if you get the right size
I want to like these so bad lol they’re very light, easy to walk in and don’t weigh you down. My issue is, they’re extremely slick feeling if that makes sense. Whether you just walk on trex deck steps, or if you get water on them, good luck trying to feel at ease while climbing a ladder or entering/exiting a commercial vehicle. If you’re Working inside and need the protection these shoes offer, they’d be a decent buy with replacement insoles as the factory ones are awful. If you work outside, or are around diesel fuel or any chemicals/water, I would NOT recommend them. If you’re looking for the same protection in a light boot try the terra Findlay model, that’s my go to bc they’re easy/cheap to replace when waiting on the next pair provided by my employer lol
I was looking for a boot that's good for winter and being outdoors. These shoes delivered 100% it got to -30 with windchill and my feed didnt get cold while walking to work. So it definitely delivered. And I've stepped in a stream while hiking and my socks did not get wet. They are my everyday wear shoes at this point. It being composite toes does not make it heavy to wear either. The only complaint I'd have if any is that the inside lining of the shoe or the yellow part has started to fold. But aside from that VERY satisfied with these shoes
I normally wear a 7.5-8.5 depending on brand and type of shoe, but I had to get a size 6 in these. Beware that the tongue is very hard for some reason, some people may find it very uncomfortable. It's a very strange experience having these issues with a work boot, you'd expect a company that makes workwear to have this stuff figured out. I've only worn them for one full work day so far, hopefully the materials in them soften up over time.Six week update: Thr tongue gets softer and no longer hurts. Took about two weeks of wearing them daily for 8-10h for them to get comfortable. The laces are fraying already, which is kind of disappointing for a shoe of this price. I'll probably have to replace them with better laces in a month or two.My biggest gripe is the lack of grip. They market them as being slip proof, but my old Nike sneakers have better grip than these.
Well made; will last a very long time! I'm using for working on outdoor projects, as well as hiking and riding quads. Love the look too.
Nice safety shoes. I liked it. Fit as well. Thanks the seller for on time cargo.
